La Cage Curtains
These were a fun challenge. After doing all of the prep, I built all of them in 2 weeks with the help of 3 to 4 others to help layout, pin, and hand tack where needed. I could not have done it in that time frame without the help.
The Stage Left swags entryway curtains were fairly simple in design. The challenge was the fabric itself that seemed to fight us at every turn, especially the mermaid sequin fabric.
The mini-Austrian style curtain was the big challenge, as my first Austrian. However, my planning worked and once we got into the build we discovered i was easier than believed and was more time consuming than anything else.
The large framing swags and legs were fairly simple in design with a fabric that draped beautifully.
