Ceibo Tree Flower
This was a special request flower for Eva to hold because it is the national flower of Argentina. I could not find a faux flower close enough to modify, so I decided to build the flowers from scratch.
I originally built them to scale. The director decided that was too large for a young girl actress to carry out to Eva, so it kept going down in scale until they were about 1/5 the original size. I kept the original large ones and hid them among the flowers in the flower cart for My Fair Lady later on for fun.
They are made with floral wire, paper towel, felt, faux flowers cut down to tiny piece and painted, crepe paper, adhesive, and paint.
